Entrepreneurship

                                 
This is 2019, Entrepreneurship is the word in every youth's thought . Everybody wants to become the same . Entrepreneurship is the process of designing,launching and running a new business which is officially a small business. Every work needs devotion, hard work , persistence and the most important a remarkable accomplishment. 
                                                          I have completed my first semester. Within those days the teachers specially verbal teachers call up the students from the crowd of  70 and  ask them to speak something about them. Many was there who want to become an Entrepreneur , But when they were asked to say something about the topic , they were vacuous. Even major of them couldn't able to write the spelling,
They don't have any  plans as well. This is the biggest reason why major of the entrepreneurs failed and commit suicide.
                 
Many of people thought of reading books related to this topic and have a myth that they have collected all the useful information. The fact is that the person who is struggling only can guide. I am not against any book , those were also important , there is the reason as these books were written min 5-10 years before and there messages were read by many of the entrepreneurs who have succeed in there race and also read by those who failed hence books won't make any difference in the race. We should not skip as well because the people reading these books will have more resource then you. The motive was that reading of books is the first stair of success.

                                                                                 The day before yesterday Sir Dp Agrawal (Ex chairmen of union public service commission,India) arrived in my college for a speech , he was basically to motivate and sharing his experience. He told the same as mentioned above and also said that The entrepreneurship is the risk taking ability of the person. This gives the new and valid definition. He also said There are two types of people setting up for business poor and rich. It was a bitter reality that the risk of failure is high with rich as compared with poor because input of rich people is much more grater then poor. They take loan and if they fail they need to pay for that and many people says it was the misfortune,but one thing should be clear that there is no bad and good luck in business.,these are the myths made by the people. In the life of poor they need to start from the scratch and step by step they succeed and risk of failure is low.
                                                                                                      Every body wants to succeed and want a bulk of money output , somebody had said well-: A wise person should have money in their head, but not in their heart. ...

Behind every successful entrepreneur there is successful idea.The combination of ideas is equals to a successful business for a particular prospective.

* Think and grow rich (Napoleon Hill) 
* How to win friends and influence people (Dale Carnegie) 
* The power of habit (Charles Duhigg)
